This simulated nozzle is designed to replace Estes part no. 072665 nose cone/nozzle combination for BT-60 size airframe tubing.

Estes kits using this nozzle are:
ESAM-58 (kit# 0661; sold only at Hobby Lobby stores in the USA)
Conquest (kit# 7230)
QCC Explorer (kit# 3221)
SA-2061 Sasha (kit# 7271)
Solar Warrior (kit# 3225)

You can download it for free from Thingiverse and print it.

I printed this today, the design is good but the silky copper filament I'm using needs work. :( I've also printed the BT-55 nozzles and they were great too. All printed with no supports and came out fine, except for the aforementioned filament issues. Thanks, Jack!

try it with "vase setting" !! often I'am curious as to how parts made in this fashion turn out!

On 2nd thought..the overhang requires supports.. but if modified slightly.. :D
So just for a goof I tried vase mode, and as you predicted, the print failed at the shoulder due to a lack of layer adhesion. That said, the parts the did turn out ok looked amazing in the silky copper, but they were ridiculously weak.

The part would have been usable for a static display piece, even with the section that failed because it wouldn't have been noticable once glued in place.
