This is where I ended up , still some odds and ends to finish it out -
But all in all Im happy with it finally. :wink:
Plan is to first flight at TTRA Tampa's Buccaneer Blast in Sept on a G407W single deploy / chute recovery .
Damn sideways pic- grrrrrr.

So fix the picture problem, save the image to your computer. Open it in an editor, rotate it 90 deg. left, then 90 deg. right, and save it again. Now it will keep its orientation.

Today's cameras and computers have the built-in ability to recognize "up." So they autorotate the pic for you when viewing in the camera or the PC. But TRF does not have that capability, and thus everything comes out in landscape orientation, which is the true orientation of the picture. By editing it and forcing it into portrait orientation, it now gets saved with the portrait orientation. Voila!

Thanks guys- its appreciated. I really wanted something a bit different than the factory paint , I think I found something Im happy with. :cool:
It may be a tic heavier- as I switched gears about 4 times during the process - I ended up doing paint for everything but the US decal.
