Found Estes Maxi Alpha III

Does someone have a spare Estes Maxi Alpha III they want to dispose of? I think I would prefer the kit with the balsa fins. I plan to build and fly it.

Yes....the one with balsa fins would be a Maxi Alpha, NOT a Maxi Alpha III.

IMO, I think you'll be better off with the Maxi Alpha. I had a Maxi Alpha 3 and the plastic fins broke every flight. If I did it again, I'd epoxy those fins on.

I see it is marked as found, but looks like AC supply has them for about $18.

I just checked, that one is discontinued at AC Supply.
