Sold Estes Honest John #1269

I am selling an Estes limited edition Honest John kit #1269. The kit components are in perfect shape, no out of round tubes. The box was opened when I purchased it years ago. I took photos of all of the parts. The small bag with the parachute and centering rings, shock cords, etc. has never been opened so I would assume all of the small pieces are there. The decal sheet looks good. Stored inside in a smoke free home.

I am asking $125 plus actual shipping from zip 72712.

Before repacking the kit I wrapped the ends of the tubes with shipping paper and placed air bag packing pillows inside to keep the parts from shifting during shipment. You can see this in one of the photos. After closing the box I shrink wrapped it to keep it closed and protect the exterior of the box a little. This is an opened kit and the exterior box is not mint. You get everything shown in the photos.

I can ship two ways (your choice):

1. Wrap the box as shown in the photo with kraft paper and ship. Weight would be about 3 pounds and the box dimensions are 24" x 12" x 5".
2. Place the box inside a larger box with additional packing material. Weight would be about 7 pounds and the box dimensions are 28" x 17" x 6".

The weights about are plus/minus estimates.

The "Collector Series" release is 1993, not the original 1975 Maxi Honest John. Both are #1269. Still a very nice kit.
