Martin - as you're posting in the UK section I'm assuming you're based in either Scotland, Wales, England or N.I. Estes motors are only certified up to D impulse in the UK (D12). After that it's Cesaroni, Klima (or soon Aerotech). I suggest you check out rocketsandthings.com website.
The UKRA website is a little slow to respond, a point that was raised at the recent AGM, and is being looked into. If you're on the Book of Faces there is an active page there. Otherwise send me a PM and I'll try to help out.

Hi Martin,
Unfortunately you cannot buy Estes motors above D impulse in the UK as they are not approved for use. You can use Cesaroni 3 Grain 24mm reloadable motors which are available in the F impulse range -http://pro38.com/products/pro24/motor.php
check out Rockets and Things

You can now finally get Aerotech motors again in the UK contact http://wizardrockets.co.uk/24mm.html

Cheers
