I wasn't satisfied with the accuracy of some other models of this nosecone so I set out to make one of my own. I compared and measured a lot from my Der Red Max rocket to make this one as close to perfect as possible, and I expect any deviations are far too small to be seen by the naked eye.

I've included versions with and without the shoulder, both solid and hollowed out. Feel free to use them to make remixes if you like. You could print the solid one with 0% infill but the result will likely be heavier than using the hollow one, and the very tip may be a bit weak. Using the same slicer setting the hollow cone with shoulder used under 30g or material, while the solid version with no infill and 3 walls came in at nearly 90g.

The threaded hole at the bottom will accept an M8 bolt. You can use that to add weight temporarily if you like.

Printing notes:
I used a 0.4 nozzle, layer height of .12, and wall thickness to 0.36. The print took just over 9 hours.
The tip of the hollow version is designed that it won't need supports, and I blocked supports from being used around the threaded hole (supports mess up threads and are not needed there from my experience). Supports are needed however where the chute attachment is, and I also set up some custom supports to make the tall print less prone to tipping over. (I get paranoid about that)
