Just finished up the Estes version of the sounding rocket. I've been working on it simultaneously with a Wildman Gizmo XL (which could used as a tire changing stand on heavy equipment its so beefy). The kit is "advanced" but golly gee those decals sure require a steady hand. I've said it before, small rockets are almost a completely different hobby than big high power ones. End result is a rocket but the road there is very different. Hence I like to indulge myself on micromaxx, low power, mid, and high power... Often times simultaneously! 20221009_162640.jpg
 
Looks great. I agree with the decals. I recently restored a black brant and the hardest part of the project was getting the decals on. There are so many variations of decal placement online that you could almost do whatever you like and it would look fine.
