I'm building and modding a SSO-E. Yes, I know it has a bad reputation. I've done a few of the mods that helped others.
Does anyone know where the Cg is -supposed- to be for this bird? I added a little weight to the tail booms (carbon fiber spars) - and some to the middle (Quantum, Lipo, micro servo, axle, arms, tube hinges). I'm wondering if I should add a little extra up front.
Here's tonight's test. I'm going to attempt to recover with chute. Just bring it down broadside.
