I've tried to find links to the (Saturn V) F-1 and J-2 engine files I have. No luck so far. I've loaded them to my Google Drive, and I'll keep them there as long as I can. The folder also contains several Apollo mission/flight manuals. This is some of the best, most detailed information I've found on the F-1 engine. Not all of the documents have good, clear photos/drawings, but between all of them, you should be able to find useful graphics.
