I've been intending on posting this for awhile. I had an issue with a mini transmitter kit and contacted Cris about it. All I can say is outstanding customer service!!!

I messed up a Quantum board trying to de-solder a chip. I KNEW I shouldn't use solder wick but did anyway. Cris sent me a new board and parts right away!!! Best customer service ever!!! Eggtimer Rocketry is my go to for electronics from now on.

Same here. One of my apogee's survived a CATO (initially thought it was dead dead), but the buzzer died. I asked him for info on the part so I could replace it, and he just mailed me one. Great support.
