A small solder oven, and you've got a production facility. :)
I used to just use a heat gun, lol.
I started with a hot air soldering station (great for reworking PCBs), and used a soldering oven for awhile. Recently tried a hot-plate and haven't looked back :D

Here's the new link on Printables for my 3D printed solder paste fixture for Eggtimer Quantum boards: https://www.printables.com/model/174874-eggtimer-quantum-rocket-altimeter-paste-solder-fix

I've moved all my designs over from Thingiverse to Printables and will be posting new designs there. Fixtures for the Quark and Proton are in the works.

Open source fixturing, Love It!

I can't tell from the picture, is there something to align the stencil sheets with the board or is it just by eye?

Just done by eye, it's not very hard. And you don't have explicit control over the margins from OSHStencils, it depends on the lettering block you add.
