Eggtimer Quantum Software 1.08Q (A18 Cream Gerbers)

With the newest Quantum firmware 1.08Q on the Eggtimer support page there's a download called "A18 Cream Gerbers". Could someone please explain what this is and should I download it onto my quantum. Thx for you help in advance.

iirc a Gerber is an overlay for a unbuilt board, so that solder paste can be squeegeed on and get in the correct spots....its a solder paste stencil....

Gzip, 7zip, lots of unzipping programs out there

It's a Gerber cream layer file, you send it to OshStencils or another similar stencil producer to get a stencil. If you don't know how to do that, Google is your friend... there are plenty of tutorials on how to create a stencil and use it to silkscreen a PC board, and how to reflow the parts to the board.
