Could someone tell by looking how old these motors are, and what brand they are ect?

Something a little fishy going in there. Estes box, but Quest igniters (are they quest motors too?), and the rocket isn't the Alpha shown on the leaflet. Looks like the "set" has been put together from whatever they had lying around.

Not unless you want to perform some public service by confiscating those rocket components from somebody who obviously doesn't know enough about them.
