    It sort of does. It would not work well as a launch pad.

    I told you I asked about the AD..
    I mentioned the connector in the vertical pieces of the so called "Pad"
    Here is the response I got when I asked the Seller about the AD...…….


    "I don't think it's a tent pole. I bought with a large lot of model rockets, so that is why I am pretty sure it's for rockets. I think some models have guide rings and it slides past the connector. Thanks,"

    I do not believe it. Maybe the guy bought it from a rocket guy but that does not make it a launch pad.
