Caveat Emptor,

There are currently 2 Blast From The Past Rocketry
kits up for auction on eBay. Item numbers:

The starting bids are for what I sell the kits for
BUT the amount for shipping ($11.00!) is nearly
3 times what I charge for Priority USPS.

I just want it known to all would be buyers that
BFTPR is about a month away from moving back into
Penrose St. and 2 months away from restarting
production. There are no current plans to make
any increases in pricing until I find out how
much my costs have changed in the 1.5 years since
the last run.

Anyone whom does purchase these kits is entitled
to the same BFTPR support as anyone that purchased
a kit directly from me.

My only objection to these auctions is the use of MY graphics
without my permission (which would have been given if asked).

The Omega seems like a good deal if it had some decals. The shipping I have a real problem with. Even if you shipped it from Boston to CA, and it was a 6inches monger than it needed to be, Shipping would be around 7 for UPS. Going UPS may be better for the seller but it is surely more expensive for the buyer. You could ship that in a 30" tube for about 3.85 almost anywhere in the U.S. in two days!

I would be careful about combining auction as well. You may end up paying 22.00 for 2 rockets:kill:

Thanks for the heads up. I'm glad to hear you'll be back up again producing kits in the near future. Let us know when you're ready with kits. I've been waiting get one of your Centuri Shuttle kits for a while now.
