After three HP builds, applying and smoothing internal fillets with a dowel has yet to yield results that are cosmetically pleasing. Eureka! It's much easier to mix Rocket Poxy and apply a generous blob at the aft-end of the fillet within five minutes. Then just tilt the tube nose down at an angle to allow the epoxy to flow nicely. When the joint is covered, return to horizontal and allow it to level and cure. It also saves clean up if you first apply some strips of painters tape to the inner tube where your "expoxy blob" may accidentally drip. This method has really saved me a lot of headaches and has helped speed up my progress so thought I would share.
