First, the OP originally ordered at most a week before making the original post (see this post).
Second, the seller met condition #2 in the Vendor Complaint Policy by providing a full refund, so the buyer is out nothing.
Remember, a lot of vendors are very small operations, and for a lot of them it's a second job. Not everything happens in "Internet time". Be patient, give them a chance.
Wow people , if you needed something you should have ordered it then. And if you need something fast the vendor can try . Give them a break they have lives as well . The op should be black listed with the vendor
