If I'm not mistaken, those green cases were an LDRS special color.

I've only seen one out in the wild, I believe it was a 54/1706. It was LDRS 17 special edition
If i recall they only made certain sizes of special anodized cases for LDRS so you may not get the sizes you are requesting. They would have probably did a 29 180-240 maybe 38 240-480 but i seem to only recall the 720 and 1080, as for the 54mm possibly just the 852-1706 or maybe just the 1706. Maybe someone has these sets, but im 99% sure they didn't do any larger than 54mm that year as i was at that LDRS at the salt flats and have some of those cases.
