Downscale Dragonfly

I'm considering a downscale 0.5x version of the Binder Design Dragonfly,
to fly on 24mm E and F blackjack reloads. I think I've got the nose and BT figured out
(I'm planning on BT55 tube). But can someone help me with the fins?

What are the root chord and span of the fins on the original? I can eyeball the parabola
shape and draw it freehand.

PS I'm also planning on adding a slight tailcone to add to the coolness factor.

Just to close out the thread...I got the dimensions directly from Mike Fisher at BD, and he'll make me a downscaled sticker for a few bucks, too.
