Doorknob Single-State & Peter Alway

This is one of my favorite sounding rockets ever, due to its "linkage" with nuclear weapons testing. I'd like to get more information about the prototype, especially the single-stage version. I'm aware that Peter Alway published some drawings and information in one of this supplements to "Rockets of the World" but I'm not clear which supplement. Can anyone tell me which one I should be looking for?

Other than Loc, does anyone make an HP kit of this rocket? Not crazy about their decal.

Ordered "Scale Bash" by Peter Alway from NARTS last night. Does anyone know if the information is the same in both publications?
