Now you can use our integral Charge Well/Terminals with metal Av-Bay Lids/ Bulk Plates using our new Screw Isolators

The innovative design of our Charge Well/Terminals uses the mounting screws to pass the current to the charge lighters. This is fine with wood or fiberglass plates. Mounting on metal plates will cause the mounting screws to short out, disabling the charge lighters.

We now offer nylon screw isolators for 1/8" and 3/16" thick Av-Bay Lids/Bulk Plates (other sizes upon request). These nylon isolators prevent the mounting screws from shorting against the metal and have thick walls to handle the wear and tear of ejection charges. These are mounted by drilling a 3/16" hole in the lid at the correct spacing.

They are sold in packages of 4 and are found at the bottom of the Charge Well/Term page.

Bill "brings the goods" yet again. Great stuff.

If any of you are not flying Doghouse, you need to give them a try - you will not be disappointed.
