Does an AT E20 require HAZMAT shipping?

I if were to sell an Aero-Tech E20-W, would I have to ship it via HAZMAT?

The size of the motor does NOT matter.

You (a regular person, not a rocket motor dealer) are NEVER allowed to ship any rocket motor of ANY SIZE.

not true at all. There are of course, some hoops. But it's possible

That’s correct David and even if the motor does not one that has received USPS approval, a private party may take a motor to a firm that has been approved to ship hazmat to have it shipped. Our college bookstore provides that service.
