DIY sanding drum using bottle cap

While building a 3" fiberglass rocket, I built this sanding drum to use with a drill, and I was able to sand inside the body tube, forward of the fin slots, to ensure a good bond of the forward centering ring on the motor mount tube to the body tube.

I used a 5/16" rod.
Drilled a hole on a cap.
CA a washer on the inside, and outside of the cap.
Cut sanding paper to go around the cap, and CA it.

Caps from different bottles could be used, allowing you to have different sizes. Please see attached photo.
