It's also available direct from DinoChutes (and they're having a garage sale on Nomex protectors). That is a very interesting parachute, I wanted to build one when I saw the design in the Apogee newsletter, but never did. I'm very tempted to try it out!
 
I love reading Apogee's marketing materials, like this line for the chute:

"it draws spectators' eyes to the rocket like a magnet is drawn to steel."

It reminds me of old school marketing text. He does make a good point that is is fun to watch the chute spin so you are likely to have plenty of eyes on it when it lands. I like the idea the it is a lot smaller than a traditional chute, so it might work well for MD rockets where space is tight.

Plus, it is pretty cool looking.
