I did a search on TRF for dimensions of estes nc. I was not able to locate any. What I am looking for is a list of dimensions for nose cones so I can duplicate them.
I was hoping that the info contained the length, width and shape of the cones. This way I could up/downscale the cones.

check the balsa machining service website
a bunch of their NCs are direct copies of the old Estes stuff and there are pretty good drawings and dimensions

also, look on the ninfinger website (ninfinger.org?) for his listing of the old Estes catalogs------get your data straight from the horse's mouth

Paul,

Probably the most fun way is to go to Apogee, https://www.apogeerockets.com/ and download their free copy of Rocksim. The components tables have all the dimensions for the estes nosecones, as well as many others.

There are also charts online from other vendors, such as BMS (Balsa Machining Service) https://www.balsamachining.com and ASP(Aerospace Specialty Products) https://www.asp-rocketry.com/ , both are recommended vendors but may not have what you are looking for...Apogee is the best bet.
