Getting the deuce ready for launching soon. Fresh primer coat, going for stock blue/yellow paint scheme. 18" Thrustline aerospace ripstop nylon chute & sears hardware home-made clip whip. I already test-fired the clip whip with two igniters, works great! Custering here I come!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am at the same stage on my Deuce as you are! Did you down-load the painting template from this forum yet?

I think I attached the right one below for BT-70.

Don't forget to "downscale" that template on a photocopier, as it is for a BT70 and the Deuce (standard) is a BT60. Start with a reduction of 74% - you might have to increase that or decrease it by 1 or 2 percent depending on your photocopier.

I used it (as I'm sure others have) and it works nicely!
