Have attached SVG file (that displays and prints fine from InkScape at least) for Delta II - Deep Impact.
Currently scaled for ~1/72nd, but others can scale up or down easily enough.
Deep Impact specific logos were derived/copied from images available via search engines.
Non Deep Impact specific details were derived/copied from paper model created by E. te Groen, for the Public Observatory Philippus Lansbergen, Netherlands. Paper model states: "Not for commerical purposes. For private use only." I have attached the paper model pdfs as well, as i think i had to download from Internet Archive / Wayback Machine.
Notes:
Some of these decals have a mixture of white, black and color, and require special printer or printing/layering process to reproduce.

The person whom printed initially had decals not display correctly when using an application other than InkScape.
