I just ordered a Fliskits Praetor & it says it can be launched on a D10-5. I have never heard of this "D" motor that fits an 18mm mount. Can someone please enlighten me about this motor & where you can find them. Thanks.

Apogee Rockets sold them. They are manufactured by Aerotech for Apogee, so most likely they are no longer in production because Aerotech is focused on their porduct line at the moment. You can also use a D13-4W, which are currenlty available, and use the RMS 18/20 case. I plan to use one of those in my Praetor at the next CMASS launch.

many Apogee motors made by Aerotech are back in production. Check the Apogee website and newsletters for the latest details.
