Custom motor or override for OpenRocket motor config?

I'm relatively new to the forum and to the OpenRocket program. Learning my way around the program and it's nice to have the override for mass, etc. in order to get a more accurate simulation. I was wondering if there is a way to either override an existing commercial motor chosen in order to more closely match an ex-motor parameter; or simply be able to enter a custom motor configuration. Hope that makes sense. Thanks.
