Custom CF Fins

Hi,

Is there anyone on the forum who could make a good pair of CF fins? I am looking for 1 mm fin with a full airfoil and a measurement of 1mm in diamiter. Pm me and Ill send you the measurements. Thanks.

Yes but he only has 0.8 mm stock plate to make the fins and I dont think they will hold up. 1 mm is the minimum thickness I am going for.

And no vendor has ever purchased raw materials for a custom project?

These fins are small at 2" root cord and 3/4" fin span correct? I have some small carbon fabric pieces that should be enough for me to make you the sheet. Now as far as making the airfoils I can not do them perfectly as you may want them to be.

Can you tell us how you determined that 0.8mm was insufficient, but 1mm would be fine?

What is the width of the leading and trailing edge or is this a diamond airfoil?
