Do any of the rocket companies make custom centering rings. I'm looking for 1/8th inch ply. With 7 18mm motor mounts. I don't want any of the holes to touch each other or the outer tube. I would like 3 of them made.

Did you ever find a company to make custom centering rings ?

I have a site that's still in beta but i've processed a handful of orders through it and everything seems to be working a-ok. The basic gist is you upload a drawing file and select either a 12"x12" square or a 12"x18" rectangle for your parts. I cut your drawing out on the size you select and then mail them to you (i'm located in Dallas TX)

The site is going to go offline June 19 and won't be back up until the grand opening August 1.

edit: btw, i use LibreCAD as a 2d drawing tool, it works ok but there's definitely a learning curve. I have some samples available at https://oakclifflaser.com/examples

Why not make your own? I do, with a hole saw---it's cheap, easy and you don't have to wait.
Personally, I'm looking to do 3.00" diameter centering rings for a cluster ( 29mm center motor - 1.17" diameter tube + 6 - 18mm - BT-20 - .736" diameter tube ) with all centered and non-touching.

I don't know of any "hole saw" capable of doing that, with precision, in 1/16" - 1/8" Aircraft Plywood.
