Got my card and L1 pin in the mail this Saturday. The online database still says L0, but the card is great.
I'll send in the info to NAR to cross-certify so I can do L2 with either org depending on who is available whenever I can make it to another HPR launch.
Has anyone ever emailed in their form + card scan to NAR? Looks like they only want it via snail mail. I can't stand snail mail.
I did mine the opposite way (certified NAR and mailed to TRA). No problems.
