Hello,
I am using a 38mm Aerotech motor retainer in my Madcow Super DX3.
Can I fly CTI motors with the same retainer or do I need something different?

Thanks in advance

You can use CTI motors with an Aerotech motor retainer. The CTI 38mm motors have a thrust ring molded into the aft closure/nozzle part of the reload, and the retainer will close over thst thrust ring to retain the motor.

Probably all Aero Pack retainer.

It should work just fine. I have never heard of incompatibility between CTI and Aerotech aft closures.

Lol. I’m sure you are right, I read Aerotech and thought Aeropack, even though I also wrote Aerotech in my reply.

Next 2 Aerotech motors I will fly are the I280DM and the I500T.
Now it's time to investigate some H and I impulse CTI motors.
