Creating motor data files

Three people have emailed me this week asking how to create data files, so I thought I would post this to make it easier to find. First off, it's easier to create RASP format (.eng) files than RockSim (.rse) files.

Rocksim files aren't that hard to create. Create a RASP file first, open it in EngEdit, then save it as an RSE file.
