Download link on thingiverse doesn't work. Any chance to add files for original bt 60 version?

If you install SCAD, you can import any stl file and use Scale on it to get it to the size you need for your tube. Pick your scale factor by the critical dimension. For a nose cone being printed this would be the diameter of the inside of your tube and the outside of the shoulder mating part of the nose cone you’re scaling. That way when you scale it will fit into your new tube.
in scad.
scale([1.5,1.5.1.5])import (“johnsNose.stl”);
would make johnsNose 1.5 times bigger ie 50% bigger. ANd scale([0.5,0.5,0.5])...... would make it half the size
But, you say, how do I know what size the shoulder is in the stl file. It doesn’t say. Cura is the answer. Drop any stl file into Cura and it will tell you the max dimension of an object on the table. Rotate the object and change z offset till the bit you want is above the bed and Cura will give you the size in LHS of window. or google bt60 bt80 tube sizes.

Have fun.

Thanks fot the tips. Regarding download problem solved by downloading file by file. Actually I resize directly in cura and adjust for petg printing but shoulder is always issue, so thanks for the tip on rotating item. However that doesn't solve how to change shoulder size. Any tip for that part?
