Wow, time flies! 6mo later and I just got word from my oncologist that I'm 100% cancer-free. Guess this was my lucky year.

Now to build back all the muscle mass I lost... Uggh, more exercise!

Congrats! I’m at continuing at 18 months remission for stage 4 Prostate (initial XRT now third Elegard shot today, ouch!) so I am always glad to hear the OTHER “c” word—— “cure”

Diet, exercise, and good sleep, combined with prayer good times with family, friends, and hobby..... these are some of the best medicines in the world!
