A very strategic RUD. Don't see much damage to the facilities, just holes in the ground.

Maybe not a FTS. Here's an animation of what might have happened in the fog.

I thought in Vietnam, the Sidewinder only worked half the time so the pilots always shot two, or was it the Falcon that was unreliable?
The AIM-4 Falcon was notoriously unreliable.
No proximity fuzing, it needed to score a direct hit for a kill.
Warhead was small (7.6 lbs.) limiting their lethal radius.
Only five hits were recorded in 54 launchings during aerial combat in 'Nam.
So pilots would fire a heat seeking variant followed by the radar guided variant.
IIRC there also was something about the seeker head needed to be cooled, it could only be done once and the missile needed to be fired within two minutes of the start of cooling.
Sidewinder was a great improvement.
But the Falcon makes a neat model rocket.

Basswood? Very nice...

This looks familiar. Too bad about the Rocket Lab. I tried to stay up to watch but too many delays only to find out in the morning that the 2nd stage was lost.

My LEO is still one of my favorite flight vid.
