The sound of this instrument is absolutely mesmerizing... And the skill of the man playing it is stunning...

From the FB post I found it on:

Beautiful kora music from The Gambia in West Africa.
The musician's name is Mafu Conteh and he's playing his own version of the song "Jarabi."

A quick search on his name, and I found this page, with more of his music...

Looks like has a lot of videos on Youtube.

A pretty impressive motorbike wheelie-mono by Max Biaggi:

According to a random commenter:
"he (Max Biaggi) said a gust of wind pushed him more than he wanted, but he saved it with rear brake."

I watched that race (never missed a 500cc race during the Mick Doohan era) and I still remember twice world champion Barry Sheene's commentary during that mono - "Gassssssssssssssssp... You don't know how close that was..."

Max Biaggi, seriously, must have 6" diamond encrusted nitride coated ceramic carbide nuts downstairs. I'm amazed he's still in 1 piece.

Disclaimer: There is someone around here that owns and rides a Hercules W2000 and I really want to talk to him, but I can't catch him on the twisties in my Rav 4. Or the Brumby. Or pretty much anything.

Yes, I've wanted one forever.

A less stable atmosphere might call for better aerodynamics.

Hoping he's ok.

If you've ever wondered what large passenger aircraft pilots get paid, watch this. No matter how much they get paid, it isn't enough.

Losing all 4 engines in a 747? How scary is that?
