Saw an article in the Tribune today about the Spike Missile, which the Navy is developing (not to be confused w/the Israeli missile of the same name). Strangely, it's not on the Trib website, but I tracked down the same article & photo: http://theasiandefence.blogspot.com/2009/04/naval-air-warfare-center-ready-to-fire.html

How many military missiles could you build as a 1:1 scale model & launch it with an E motor (or less)? In tracking down the photo/info, I saw earlier prototypes w/the 'canards' closer to the nose...this one looks cooler.

And, during that research, I came across this image. That tiny black missile looks WAY cool, and again, very model-able.

Better bring a lot of ammo. I'd guess that 2-6 million people saw the Spike article this week, online or in their newspapers.

Now we'll have to kill you.

Vinnie, Guido.....
