I don't recall ever seeing this configuration for the Vc before. Coincidentally, I have been considering that my next project would be my Cosmodrome BBVc that has been sitting near the front of my queue and begging me to build it. Surely I have a 2.6" conical laying around somewhere and I definitely have the pieces to build the booster. I wonder if a photo of the built-up rocket exists anywhere...
