Contact name for Estes Customer Service?

Hey guys,
We had a GREAT DAY flying March 25th at Bob Evans Farms in Rio Grande, OHIO today.

I had a small mishap with an Estes Rocket though.
I'm dashing off a quick letter to Estes Customer Service,
and for the life of me, I can't recall the woman's name there.
Is it Christine?

I'm stumped!
Help a brother out, here, will you?
She's always been SO nice to me,
you'd think I'd have her name memorized.

Her name is indeed Christine, and she has been super helpful to me in the past as well!

webcs is the email name. But from my experience she works the email Q's on Fridays. At least that is always when I get a reply.
They are (she is) generally very reasonable.
