The next CATO launch is scheduled for Sunday, March 21st, at the Sterling field, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. There is a Saturday (March 20th) back-up date.

We have a FAA waiver to 2000' AGL with windows to 6000' AGL (from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.) and to 4000' AGL (from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m.). Limits: "K" impulse and rockets must be no heavier than 100 pounds. Flight fees: $5 (members); $10 (non-members). Kids fly free!

Please visit WWW.CATOROCKETS.ORG for details.

Our sacrifice of a RTF Estes does not look like it is being well received by the rocket gods.

We just got snow, and are expecting two days of high 40's followed by snow on Friday and then a weekend in the 50's.

We are talking real serious mud at at the launch site.

Stay tuned...

yeah it is snowing like crazy here.....I need to make it to a CATO launch soon.....I have been meaning to get down there

Insert appropriate funeral dirge here...

The March CATO launch is xancelled due to projected high wind and knee-deep mus.

Any hints on how I should decomission an assembled RMS?

just point me to an existing thread.
