I will stay up late for a brief glimpse of a rocket from Wallops, but the DC area is too far away to be worth waking up early. I wonder how this cloud mission differs from the last one? It was underwhelming. I'd much rather see a blip fly across the horizon for a few seconds. Those who are closer or have a view over the water should do much better than I.
