Colonial Viper NC?

I am trying to clone an Estes Colonial Viper. I have everything except the NC. I want to make this by cutting the tip off of a BNC-50X, but I need to know where to cut. What is the longest length from (shoulder to tip) on the top, and the shortest length on the bottom? I would also like to know where the CG should be located on this model.
