He seems to have a bunch of old Estes MRNs, booklets, etc, as well as old "Centrui" materials, probably worth looking at the listings for you collector guys-

He has enough stuff listed to appear to be a fellow rocket-head, yet curiously (and consistently) mis-spells Centuri. Hmmm.
