CMR Estes Saturn 1b 1/100 Scale Decals

I have seen these decals and wondered if anyone on the forum has used them on a Saturn 1b.
If you have, would you share the process or tip for applying them?

What looks like a service module wrap should be silver not tan. I have one excellent service module wrap left that was made by Excelsior.

I've tried CMR's Saturn decals, they were... disappointing. The ink/toner coverage of the black is marginal, so you get a washed-out looking roll pattern, and the decals don't respond to Microscale setting solutions. The set that I purchased didn't include the SM wrap, so I can't comment on that.
