Christmas Tree Stand for Display Stands or Launch Platforms?

I wonder if anyone has tried something like this tree stand as either a display stand for a large rocket or even as a launch rod / rail support?

This one looks like it could work to support a pretty good size rail launch setup (although rail could not be angled without something added):

Typing the obvious; Those white plastic ones seem like they just need an epoxied used motor to work nicely as a display stand. Good price too.

Agree -- or a 3D printed adapter of some type. I would consider using a piece of threaded rod with a couple of straps and bolt on top so that you could adjust the tension on the straps and thus the width of mount to fit different sized rocket tubes.

I was seeing some folks printing rocket stands for mid and larger rockets and it was many hours of printing so I was wondering about cheaper / easier options.
