All finished. Just added the decals so they just need to dry. Will be ready to launch tomorrow.
Did you round or airfoil the fin LE and TE? I cannot tell from the photo.

I left my Cherokee-D build with squared off fins just looked better and I believe stronger.

LG~

I just now found this thread looking for something else.
WOW, nice job on the build, and flight was great to watch!
I got my order from Hobby Lobby Yesterday, and I picked one up.
But I'll be doing mine in the color scheme of the original D colors.
I'll get some Stickshock decals in the correct color.
I now have Semroc's Cherokee C & D, and Estes E.
Winter builds next year, too many unfinished kits and scratch builds to finish this year.
BTW, I picked up a 12 kit bulk pack of Vikings at Hobby Lobby for $30!
Always wanted to build a bunch with different fin configurations, and now I can...affordably!

It would have been cool if the Cherokee-E was an actual upscale, even just BT-60, but a new nose cone would be needed, I don't think Estes ever produced a secant-ogive NC larger than BT-55. Agree the Red decals look better, wish I could have picked up a Cherokee-C when they were still available, there's a big hole in my fleet: BT-4, BT-5, BT-55, BT-70, and 2.6". I've recovered the Cherokee-E twice now on an E12-8, one left in the pack!
