For those who don't have a vaccum pump here is some plans to make one. It could be used for vaccuming propellant or for bagging fiberglass.

One day I may try this. Since I'm ignorant of plumbing, I suspect I'll need a printout so somebody in the hardware store can find the right stuff for me.
