This guy!
If I ever get my hands on the Tardis, I'm definitely going to go visit this cool cat!

Making up a bunch of nonsensical lyrics and doing some moves.

He was there before talkies too, and my Grandparents remembered him fondly. My Mom sometimes talks about how her Dad built the family their first Television Set, and how it had a tiny round screen and all. I'de give anything but my animals to be able to visit those now forgotten times.
:point:

He would definately be on my "if you could meet someone from history" list too. It was brought up in a thread awile back, but it is worth repeating that he was a genius, and went far beyond comedy. "The Great Dictator" is an incredible move, even 70 years later.

Interesting how he struggled until he came up with the Little Tramp character. Same guy, same genius, but he finally hit on a vehicle that people liked and found memorable.
